Riding considerations

no riding experience needed, We recommend a good level of physical fitness, We offer riding programs for handicapped riders, We consider height and athletic ability as well as a guest's weight

Why our riding stands out

  • We love to ride and we want our guest to have a great riding experence. Our horses are good trail horses, whether you are a beginner or and expert. We want our guest ton leave more comfortable in the saddle.
  • Medicine Bow National Forest is an undiscovered wonderland for horse riding. There are trails that test the best riders and easy trails for beginner riders. Most rides consist of creek and stream crossings. Our riders are always surprised with a new ride everytime they get on a horse; ride sage flats one day, dark forest the next, which may include alpine lakes and creeks. This is truly a place of wonder to ride horses.
  • "I love to trail ride and I love where I live. I will do my best to help you enjoy the rides as much as I do. I will also do my best to teach you about the surounding area, showing you my favorite loations." - Tim Bishop
